Prompt Engineering That Actually Protects Brand Voice
Most AI content sounds the same because most prompts are the same. A repeatable system for tone, structure and fact control.

"Write in a friendly, professional tone" produces the average of the internet. Voice becomes reproducible only when it is expressed as constraints: sentence length ranges, banned phrases, point of view, and three annotated examples of work you would actually publish.
Hallucination is a sourcing problem. I pass the model a short, verified fact sheet — numbers, dates, product names — and instruct it to use nothing outside that sheet. Accuracy jumps immediately.
The last ten percent is human. AI drafts the scaffolding; the strategist adds the opinion, the specific example and the call to action that a model has no way to invent.
Key takeaways
- Encode voice as constraints, not adjectives
- Give the model verified facts instead of hoping it knows
- Always keep a human editing pass in the loop
