Consistency fails when every post starts from zero. Instead, I run one research sprint per month: interviews, data pulls, competitor gaps. That output becomes a pillar article, and the pillar becomes everything else.

Repurposing is not reposting. A LinkedIn carousel needs a single argument, a newsletter needs a narrative, a short video needs a hook in the first second. Same source, different intent.

Batch the production. One scripting day, one design day, one recording day — the calendar then fills itself and quality stops depending on how the week is going.
